Paul’s Sunday sermon has been on my mind this week. These are notes and thoughts that stuck out to me and I am hoping that they will help you too this week.

Who is Jesus?  What is Holiness?

The definition of Holiness:  The state of being holy.

The definition of holy:  exalted or worthy of complete devotion as one perfect in goodness and righteousness.

Holiness is not a feeling.

How well do you KNOW Jesus?  Can you imitate Jesus?

True holiness and knowing Jesus are a lifestyle not a Sunday Morning exercise.

Do we as people and a church tolerate sin?

Satan is in the church trying to influence us just as God is.  Be Aware – Satan comes in and slowly breaks us down into compromise.

We can conquer Satan – by knowing Jesus and then we will reflect the goodness of God.

But there is a reward!!!  Daniel 12:3 Those who are wise shine like the brightness of the heavens.

Does your countenance reflect HIS glory?  Are you a joy to be around?  Do our faces glow with the glory of God?  Are we Daniels who stand up for what is right no matter the cost or do we compromise to avoid confrontation or because we care too much about what others think?

I challenge you this week to check your countenance and reflect God's glory and holiness.
